Stephen L. Knipper
Early Years
Stephen L. Knipper, a life long resident of Kenton County, was born in Covington on July 20, 1970 to Leo and Virginia Knipper.
Education
Steve attended Covington Catholic High School where he graduated with honors in 1988. He went on to graduate with honors from Northern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. While in school Steve was a member of the Judicial Council and was the morning talk DJ on WRFN, the campus radio station.
After graduation, Steve volunteered with various local, state and federal political campaigns where he gained valuable knowledge and experience while fueling his passion to serve in public office. Steve obtained his professional certification as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Information Technology professional.
Family
Steve and his wife, Stephanie Knipper, have been happily married since 1994. They have four wonderful children and the family has called Erlanger their home for six years.
